The practice of yoga can be as simple as one mindful breath. Try one. Take another. Maybe add a little movement. It doesn't have to be so complicated, but it could just show you what you've been missing all along.

The truth is, nothing is missing at all. Except maybe a little connection. Yoga can help you live in this moment, within the struggle, the joy, the failure and triumph. The bliss, the sorrow, the loss and the love. It is all part of life, and you deserve to enjoy every moment of your human experience.
